At Hollyland, we stand behind the quality of our wireless transmission and audio solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, antennas, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
